Article 17 (Benefits): The County Office (effective 7/1/19) will commence paying (in full) the Single Kaiser Rate Premium (or equivalent) across all medical plans.

Article 18 (Salaries): Effective 7/1/18, the Classified Salary Schedule shall be increased by three percent (3%) for all employees employed during the 2018-2019 fiscal year.

Relative to translation services, such services will not include participation in IEP meetings.

Sideletters:

(If another bargaining unit receives an increase in total compensation, Local One shall receive the equivalent in total compensation).

Local One will be invited to meet with said consultant to provide input. The County Office and Local One will also meet and confer on the results at the conclusion of the study. The study findings will be non-binding.
