Happy Retirement to Local One Member, Stephen Linsley!

Local 1 member, Stephen Linsley, is retiring after 7 years of service to the West County Wastewater District as an Environmental Compliance Supervisor. Mr. Linsley also served his Local 1 bargaining unit as Negotiator, Shop Steward, and Unit President.

Our WCWD membership recognizes his outstanding service, devotion, and commitment. Local 1 wishes him a huge congratulations and a happy retirement!
