Supervisors Sued For Threats!!

On the same day the Contra Costa County Supervisors were compelled to rescind their egregiously self-awarded 33% pay raise, more darkened details emerged.  The supervisors were named in a lawsuit by the Deputy Sheriffs Association with claims of using threats against the DSA in future negotiations.  These threats not only violate collective bargaining laws, they may have crossed a legal, criminal line.

Even the Contra Costa Times, which we all know has not been very labor or public employee friendly, is unequivocally calling out the Supervisors (two of them anyway) on their “activity.”  Read more here.
